All services are subject to availability, confirmation by our team and, where required, a separate written agreement.

A vehicle request submitted through our website is an enquiry. It is not a confirmed order and does not guarantee availability, price or delivery time.

Final details, including specification, price, delivery and payment terms, will be agreed with you in writing before any purchase goes ahead.

A spare parts enquiry is a request for information. Availability, price and delivery time will be confirmed by our team. Providing your vehicle's VIN or chassis number helps us identify the correct part; we will confirm compatibility with you before ordering.

A booking request is not a confirmed appointment. Our team will contact you to discuss availability and confirm the date and time.

We will explain the work your vehicle needs and its cost before we begin. Corrective repairs are not carried out without your authorisation.

Fleet consultation requests are enquiries. Fleet services are provided under terms agreed separately with each business.

Prices are provided by quotation for your specific vehicle and request. Flexible payment arrangements, including the pre-financing of roadworthy and insurance premiums, are subject to individual agreement and the terms provided to you at the time.

Any timescales we give are estimates unless agreed otherwise in writing. Sourcing and delivery of vehicles and parts can be affected by factors outside our control, such as supplier availability, shipping and customs clearance.

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the service, vehicle or part concerned and will be set out in the agreement or quotation for your request. Please contact us if you need to change or cancel a request.

Our mechanical work and the parts we fit are backed by warranties and guarantees. The specific terms that apply will be provided with your service.

We provide the information on this website in good faith and aim to keep it accurate and up to date, but it may change without notice and does not form part of any contract.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
